One of the most ridiculous horror movies I have ever ever watched in my life. And all the people who are expecting the horror from the film must not go to watch this. There are a list of reasons I am saying that. Before that the Script Writer Gary Dauberman has written a very weak plot. And adding on this David Sandberg did a worst creation. The story is very weak and the direction was also very poor.
Plot:- there used to be a toy maker who made this Annabelle doll. He had a wife and daughter. His daughter was run over the car and died due to that. Then many years later they adopted 6 girls from an orphanage(I don’t know why anyone will adopt so many kids, unless and un till this is not a part of the story). and there was a girl who was single legged. When they entered their new house they were very happy. The story continues and the Single legged girl goes in the room where she found this Annabelle Doll. And then there were a few horror moments which were rather funny. the girl is targeted by the ghost and she wanted to enter in her body and wanted to live a life. The girl tries to tell this to everyone but no one believed. And the girl was caught by the ghost on one fine sunny day and forcefully taken by the ghost to the workshop of the toy maker. And there her soul was replaced. Later on, on knowing the fact the Toy maker and his wife disclosed the facts to the Nun about their daughter of being the Ghost.
Performance:- If the performance is to be compared then I must say that the entire team has done a poor work. There is a lot of over acting done by the artists. They are not able to act properly and also the director was not able to make them act properly.
Music:- It was ridiculous and of cheap quality. And on the horror scene there was such loud music that we were not afraid due to the horror scene but due to the sudden thundering loud sounds. The music director was not even to perform his job properly.
Cinematography:- Talking more about the movie I would like to tell the viewers about the disgusting work. Camera angles were not satisfying at all. It was looking like a 5 years old shooting the movie.
Over all it was a movie worth not watching at all.
