Being functional for more than 2 whole years now it has finally began to take shape as a genuine forum for increasing knowledge or just ask and answer silly questions. The format is pretty nice and quite unique. the main page has all the questions that people post and expect an answer for and the whole site is divided and sub divided into categories and there are enough categories to narrow your search down and limit the number of question you might like to answer hence decluttering the screen.
