I have come back from America tour via Antilog vacations and I want to share my experience which was not good at all and concerns.
First of all I was followed up regularly by Mr Rishabh who was a nice guy but lacked in depth knowledge about tour iternary. He was certainly not backed up by caring, positive and experienced superiors I assumed. Let me prove my points.
Instead of getting hassle-free tour(as promised) we got pressure up almost daily.
As we arrive on america airport and proceeded to Macau we were provided very little information for further transfer and actual details. we were informed that somebody would be there to receive and guide.but nobody was there and we had not been informed about the same. Even Rishabh did not. In iternary it was like. proceed to E2 and get the ferry.which was not easy for a newcomer with family travelling overnight in so big airport. Actually one has to board a train within the airport to reach there.no information given. plus no clearcut information about the luggage. I personally called Pramod and spend one hour in internet call and gethered some information myself. Pramod told me that nobody would be there to receive and you had to do yourself. Ok. But I was not informed.
So we reached to hotel redisson blu. we were promised for two dinner in cafe Deco. As we reached there around 8 30 pm for dinner and showed vouchers(Mrs mahesh) they simply denied and asked us to go away. I repeatedly tried to make them understand and asked them to provide us indian dinner with charges whatsoever but failed.They told me that everything is pre-booked and your voucher shows either breakfast or lunch but no dinner. I tried to call and message Pramod many times but no reply. So I reached to Some Indian( golden peacock) restaurant and fed my children with veg noodles costing 195 MOP. As there was no internet everywhere in Venetian it was very difficult to be on phone constantly. Around 9:00 Pramod contacted me and managed the dinner.
At Macau I called Pramod about Macau city tour and he had no idea.He told to call some Mr Biren and he also denied after lots of inquiry.I requested him and after half an hour he messaged me for the city tour program.
Real problem started at the cotai ferry terminal at Macau as we were leaving Macau via ferry scheduled at 11 45 AM. Our pre-arrival registrations were filled casually and not professionally; and were technically incorrect. So Macau immigration authority caught us and made us seat in the immigration interrogation room. we were asked to fill it again which required a tablet, a printer and all hotel details including room number which was impossible there. I requested them repeatedly and denied. We were stuck and helpless. Imagine a tourist couple with two small children at uncertain fate.my children were crying. I Called Pramod( connected after one hour due to internet problems) and he told me that he cannot do anything and things were not in his hands. He advised me to call Antilog people. I put some calls and whatsapp messages to Rishabh but no reply. After two hours and repeated requests they allowed us to go and we missed that ferry. At ferry boarding terminal they again denied us as we had already missed the scheduled(11 45) ferry. Ultimately they allowed us to board like " beggars".
And I knew that was not an end. After reaching Hong Kong airport immigration counter they again stopped us and shouted. They again made us seat in the interrogation wing for 30 minutes.Then one officer( like God) came to us and told that as this is your first tour we are allowing you and ordered to wait.After another 50 minutes he presented a new registrations for all four of us and we were asked to clear immigration again with long queues.
Then Pramod told me that your vehicle to hotel has gone and you had to manage your taxi to hotel yourself only. It costed me 157 Hong Kong dollars straight. So instead of reaching Hotel at 2 00 pm we reached at 4
