We happened to utilise Antilog vacations service in Sep’2019. While the response from the agent was good but the delivery was very poor. We were to do a last minute followup for the travel vouchers till the last minute inspite of making the 100% payment atleast one week in advance.
On the day or transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok, one of the copassingers was ill and we were delayed by about 20 minutes at the hotel for checking out. To our shocking, the local travel agent left us at hotel and left no clue with us what to do. When we contacted, Antilog vacations, there was no response. It was a scary experience to make our own arrangement to travel from Pattaya to Bangkok with a patient like a person, without having the geographical location and searching for the hotel at Bangkok. As a result of this episode, we had to forego the local trip as part of teh travel package.
On contacting the Antilog Vacations, we were very surprised to see a response stating that if anyone is not well, its not their problem. I never saw someone saying such statement who is in service industry and that too at a place where we do not know anyone.
I had written lengthy mails to Antilog vacations, but I realised that they do not care or take a pain to at least to read the entire mail. The responses were always partial and never attempted to address the concern. Its just like passing on the buck.
I had a great opinion and expectation about Antilog vacations and had interactions with them earlier but I find all of that is a false projection and never trust them again.
Please be careful dealing with them and I do not recommend them for any packages with them specially if someone going to any destination for the first time.
