Despite this.Taxis don’t show up . or are late and drivers rude.
Antilog has overseas partnership with rogue companies.
Last week I traveled to Singapore n Malaysia with family.
We reached Singapore at 430 am.the driver wasn’t there .The helpline nos they provided kept ringing.no one picked up.
After half an hour .driver showed up and very rude.
Similar thing happened at Malaysia.on our way back .we had a flight to catch early morning.Driver didn’t show up.
We waited for an hour.
Same thing with helpline.no one picked.This happened despite myself calling the helpline day before and I had asked drivers details. They didn’t give any.
Fearing that we will miss our flight .we called another cab.and managed to reach just in time.
No explanation from Antilog customer care or executive.
And No Apologies!
They should be banned from travel services.
