They have spoiled my Kashmir trip, I had been saving for 2 years to go to Kashmir for vacations .
The lady Deeksha called us several time and assured us that it will be a wonderful trip.
But the driver given was pathetic . He started arguing on rates and tariffs and work timings and reducing destinations . Hotels were pathetic as the hotels they had given were 10 kms away from main city where u dont get basic amenities .I got a room near common toilet bathroom and was on ground floor where everybody could peep in ....we had several fights with the driver who was rude and was not ready to accompany us to go to the hotel, as the food quality of the hotel was pathetic . As he said his timing is from 9 to 6 and he would not drive extra 2-3 kms a day . The driver did not know routes and basic necessary whereabouts.We had to change the driver . the sightseeing promised at the time of the package was also cut short as there was a communication gap between 3 drivers . There was cheating and lies told at the time of the trip.We tried calling them but they never used to respond and used to tell that speak to the driver and the drivers used to back out , our total trip was spent fighting with them every hour
Please save your self from these thieves who promise wrongly Don’t ever believe them, they are morons, now deeksha has blocked our number.They don’t have direct links . People are very rude and not honest

"deeksha our experience with you was very disappointing.... pleass refund our money as local sightseeing not covered, we have made toll money at various places.After our experience with you, we wont go with any tour operators. Many people on trip advisor had advised me not to go ahead with u, still we gave you a shot and u guys made us repent it.Finally we have wasted our hard earned money. Do u know the driver u gave us from jammu, he was not from taxi stand? Irfan is a big cheater. an advice : stop dealing with him, hes a big thug. The driver was telling us he would take us back to katara.Star of kashmir, pls avoid these peolple, this hotel doesn’t hv basic food like dahi, coke. when with kids pls don’t suggest this place. It is far away, 8 kms away. we had told u to change but u told it is 2 kms away. when on vacation people don’t need peace, they need to enjoy that place, Again a big disappointment. ..wevwere given a room next to the common toilet and opp restaurant. we had to fight to change, so why we need to pay youI had told you not to keep house boat on day 1. you said we would reach there till 4, Bullsh** we reached there at 10!!!, didn’t get to enjoy it, again disappointing.day 1 I asked you what extra I need to pay, u said nothing, I paid most of the toll at patnitop, yusmarg, sonamarg, jammu return
3 drivers in 6 days!verinag wasnt done. The driver was asking extra money which we refused. Irfan is the worst person we have met. No coordination from your side. All the drivers didn’t knew where we need to go.
Who is going to pay our mobile bill??? We made 1000 calls. After giving you the money we had to beg
