Initially, I was angry about my account manager, but as I moved up the hierarchy of Antilog Vacations I got to know its not just the individual but the whole team is amazingly dumb and above that they have a misconception that they can show smartness and befool customers.
I booked a tour with Antilog Vacations from India to Bali(Indonesia) for me and my wife with the most premium package that they offered. The package was where they booked the hotel without even caring to think about the flight. The flight suggested had halt at kaulalampur of 15-17 hours with no plan of lounge facility or something by antilog.
I raised a question for the same then they suggested me to go with the same flight and sit at airport as they could find no good flight to Bali for that day, to be marked hotel have been booked already and no flight with less transit time!
Next, I researched and found Air Asia flight. I knew it was not as good flight but had minimum halt so had to go with it but that increased one day of tour.
I asked them to arrange a room for the additional day, they said they dont have one in the same hotel and were trying to charge me 8500 INR for the hotel which was available for 4000 INR on makemytrip. When I raised a voice for it they said they provide selected rooms which makemytrip wouldnot be able to do I was like ok, they must be knowing better as they are into the field. They even were ready to charge me for extra day to which I denied.
Now, when they booked the Air Asia flight for me they booked my flight with the title as Mr. and praise the dumbness of Antilog Vacation my wifes names title was also Mr. . Kaur and the greatness is in that the account manager from antilog vacation who booked the tickets sent it to me without checking it well enough.
Good I checked it 10 days before going, if I would have relied on antilog vacations I would have been in trouble with the flight aswel.
I told them to add 20kgs luggage each for the tickets. Only thing visible on airasia website is a value pack that includes 20kg and 1 meal, that showed the same rate at that time. Dont know where in this world they booked the flight that added 20kg luggage only and not the meal. I had to pay for the meal in the flight, better I would have had booked the flight myself.

Now as I reached here at Bali, the room is just basic. The hotel is far away from places to visit and cab drivers charge a lot to take us to places on leisure days like to kuta, nusa dua and more.
The washroom has inadequate facilities with rusted shower fountain(image to support), no jet or mug available that come in basics for any accomodation, this is what a selected accomodation is in the most premium package they offered. I had to depend on washrooms in Malls of Bali.
Its just that the guide and transportation in bali that was good about the tour, Indian Antilogs team(zirakpur) needs to improve a lot and with open eyes and mind.
