Initially I thought I was the only one until I did a google search and realised lots of people are complaining about their service.
Very very poor service. Have been trying to resolve problem for more than 6 months with no action. Reasons given: Labour strike, less staff working, policy change. Every time new reason until recently when they have stopped picking calls. Sales people keep referring to talk to services people who just don’t pick up calls. Service manager Manjunath and then reception staff Chandrakala, worst customer service. Can’t even reach out to people to escalate.
No focus on customer service.
