Their customer support is very poor and customers need to really chase them to get any work done compared to other sites for similar work that will chase you..in March 20 they were unable to complete my e agreement verification due to which I lost a tenant... subsequently in Sept20 I tried to contact them to change the name for another customer..neither they picked the phone, nor responded to my email or whatsapp msg..they replied after like 2-3 days ..eventually the tenant and agent lost interest due to anuloms delay in responding..
I finally informed them to refund my money as they had not rendered me any service yet I had paid the full amount in advance.Their customer support informed that they would deduct their service charge and refund the rest which I agreed to.
It’s close to a month and despite multiple reminders they have still not refunded the amount!!
