I was staying in Pune and had a very bad exp with anupam packers and movers. Theyhave took my household from Pune on 12th April , and said it will bedeliver in 5-7 days ....but guys I got my stuff on 27th April ..this isreally very poor service I got.
When I received my household, they told me to pay 800 Rs extra ..some service tax on my Bike ...whihci was already cleared when I got quotation with him.
fromQuotation, I remebered , they quotes me around 10K rs , but when theycome to pickup my household .. they have loaded my household and thenasked me to pay 12K Rs ...when I ask reason , they said , someinsurance and tax ... and these all things I have final with the personwho comes for inspection of my household, he told me to ...it will bedone in 10K Rs ..all inclusive.
When I got mt houshold , fewthings were not their ... they have stolen my shoes rack (Rs 500) andmy refrigeretor were in worst condition .....so badly thuka pita myfreeze...
My microwave oven, 6x6 iron bad, 4 boxes were damaged.
Few of my boxs were in worst condition ....
the bottom line is ... Please dont take service from Anupam Packers and Movers ...they dont care about customer’s household.
