This gym is a complete fraud. According to them the prior frnachisee owner were running a racket and sold packages at much lesser prices not passing on the information to actual owners and this has been happening since the last 5 years. Such careless and unbothered owners is hard to imagine.
I had subscribed for training for the first time in life and wasted my hard earned money on such substandard service delivered to me. So many excercises were missed, unprofessional attitude and training multiple people simultaneously.
When I complained to the team that the original owners placed after taking over the branch again from the franchisee owners they very conveniently turned around and told me I should have known about this. Is this a chit fund scam where I foolishly went ahead and believed someone that they will double my money in 6 months or is this a well established fitness chain with a 15 year home centre branch?
It is absolutely appalling how they are blaming the customer for this. Instead of returning the money for the previous months as well they are forcing me to accept package with reduced number of classes. They have alotted a new trainer who is good but now he is disinterested in training me as he feels he wont be able to meet his targets as I have fought hard for the same number of classes as per previous discussion.
What a disappointing brand and organisation. This one will be going down soon.
