ANZ pest control services, supposed to be a company offering pest control services for home and office from their site they provide-" Pest control, Cleaning, Landscaping Packing and Moving & storage services".The most unprofessional company that I have dealt with till date.
I had approached them for Bed Bug control service at my residence and paid an advance amount for Rs2899 for 2 scheduled services.
The company makes false promises to customers I happened to call their office numbers for my 2nd service several times, but have met with only false assurances till date.The person at the phone promises to send a personnel at the end of every conversation, but like always its a" Big Lie".I would recommend anybody who is looking for Pest control treatments to stay away from this company and not approach them lest they will be only wasting their time like did and waiting endlessly for the customer service to act on their complaints and take them seriously.
