I am using 2 AO Smith Geyser’s at my home. One is a 1Ltr Instant installed in the kitchen, and another is a 25 Ltr. Storage with a 3star energy rating.The instant geyser is into its 3rd year, and have konked off atleast once every year, and is non-operational at the moment. Need to call AO SMith again for repairs. Performance-wise it has been good.
The storage geyser in into its 2nd year, and although worked without any breakdowns, but its performance has not been great compared to other geysers. The heating speed & temperature leaves a lot to be desired.
Need to buy 3 new geysers, 2 Storage & 1 instant for my new house. Though AO SMith’s build quality & materials used are one of the best, but their performance has made me think about other better brands. I guess will have to look upto Racold this time.
