I am using 25 lts. AO Smith Water Heater. It was on AMC which expired on 22.11.2016. I asked the company for renewal of AMC but got a shocking reply that AMC is closed and will be reopened in February, 2017. It is highly inprofessional on the part of the company which lacks in after sale and service. My advice is that think ten times before purchasing AO Smith products. The company is behaving like a small street shop. Highly dis-guesting. Such products should not be purchased.
