We bought 3 geysers of AO Smith while renovating our house.
After a month, one of the geysers stopped working. I called up the service cell. they said they will send someone to check, the person came after a week. he said its a small problem. A senior technician will come and rectify. after following up for 10 days they committed that the person will come on saturday(since we could only be available on weekends). we stayed back home waiting for this guy all day but no show.
They again committed for next day but no one came.
It’s been a month, I called the exec yesterday and he said they would need a plumber when they come for service. so I fixed up the time of 11 am next day with both plumber and the AO smith’s representative. Next day 12 pm- my plumber who came from quite a distance is waiting but no show from AO smith technician.
I again call up to know he will come at 2.30 pm. Waiting.
Terribly disappointed and will not recommend Jaguar AO smith geysers to anyone.
