They say that it will not get affected with hard water. They mean light hard water but in west bengal their is lots of places were hard water is very hard like in lake town. this is the wost product and I personally recommend not to waste money on it. I had 7 of then and having the same problem that elements get out of order every 3 to 4 months and the service centre is not having the spare elements it made me to wait for 48 days to get the element even I have paid in cash.
I have kept a stock of 4 extra element in my home for its maintenance its really a mess.
