No one seems to know the life of the z7 water purifier filter - the service managers are not aware and inturn mislead the customers. Also, the company website doesnt provide this information. We are saying this, after trying to get information from two people - service technician and service manager.
AO Smith international policy claims transparency and integrity with all stakeholders which obviously includes customers.
In this forum, a number of customers have raised similar issues with the product and company like us. Yet there has been no response from the company. This leaves us with no other option but to take this up on social media and pass the message about AO Smiths unfair business practice to our friends.
