I bought this purifier in Feb 2016, Though the technician Mr. Shekarappa came and installed immediately within two days after the purchase . Nobody turned up for the warranty service which was suppose to be once in every four months. I started following up for the service after the lapse of 6 months, after few days follow up the technician came and serviced it by cleaning two filters. On 8th month the water stopped and they charged me Rs. 1000 for replacing filter stating that does not come under warranty. I doubt that the filter failed due to not providing timely service.
One year about to complete and received many follow up calls for the AMC ( I was getting calls during warranty period itself for the AMC and I refused to go for AMC during warranty) .
I went for AMC in the month of Feb(After expiry of warranty) by paying Rs.3500 AMC charges. The earlier quote provided in Jan 2017 was for Rs. 2, 800 but they said that the AMC charges have been revised from 1st Feb 2017 which was agreed and paid without hesitation.
Now when machine is not working, they raised service request(09062508) but technician called me stating that some audit is going on at the organisation and the spares will not be available for next couple of days. He stated that he can come only after two days to attend the issue but I get automated message which states that the service has been fixed by customer for 6th May 2017. The way to fool the customer by telling you something and recording something else. When I call the service number to inform about it they simply asked me to ignore SMS . funny isnt it?
If you expect better service for the expensive machine and expensive AMC charges then dont go for this.
