AO Smith service is not good at hyderabad

Hi All,

I got issue with water heater product after using 3 months I contacted service center people they contacted and said to replace on part of fix the same but they are not able to provide date when it will be fixed .

I contract several time to cc they are also not provided proper date to fix the say every time they are saying they will contract service provider and give update but no response from them at all no one is taking responsibility to fix the issue at least to provide proper date they will fix the issue.

I seen worst service experience.
