In am writing this on 16th June. I place a service request on 4th June. There is absolutely no action on my request. I have called tthe customer care many times. They have no clue about when my RO will get service. Everytime they say another 2-3 days. Don’t buy this any AO Smith products. Heard similar story from another friend. So mine is not one off case.
