After my compliant about service, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 9:00 pm on Sunday( a non working day) from AO Smith Area Manager Arun in Chandivali, Mumbai.
Arun not only assured me that best service shall be provided but proactively helped and followed up on the matter.
I was surprised to see such commitment from the AO Smith team and such customer focus.
Would conclude my saying good customer satisfaction by AO Smith. Keep up the good work.
