I have pursued AO SMITH water heater and post purchase there was some issue where water was not heating post that I raised a complain the I got to know the worst customer service in world from AO Smith, I would recommend not to purchase products from AO Smith as you are going to struggle for customer service. They can just cheat customer nothing else.
