I was made to buy this product by the sales men of Vijaysales, claiming this is the best company even got the insurance extended on the his claims. He was doing his job well but the company AO smith couldn’t provide me the installation even after 1 week of buying the product. They said it will be done within 24-48hrs of the delivery but it’s going to be 72hrs n still we are without installation. To which they give me an excuse that the entire staff is in leave. I believe we all should start working for Ao smith as it can afford to give the entire staff leave together… amazing… never ever buy products of AO smith they make fake promises n harass you to this extend that the person is forced to file a complaint against them… pls my personal advise never buy their product no matter what. Useless, liar people they r. They deserve 0 star rating.
