A very ’A’ quality product but the service is ’Z’ quality. We had been complaining regarding our filter for more than a month but none (all the 4 technicians who came and visited our place for more than 7 times)of the technicians were able to resolve our problem. The filter is still in warranty but neither the senior officer nor customer care serviceis taking the matter seriously. Each day we complain to the call centre and its respond is that your service will be provided within 48 hours but it has happened very rarely. We are literally fed up of this filter. It’s better to buy a water of jar daily rather than buying this filter because this filter is very pricey and the service is not at all provided good. While buying the filter there were many promises given but none of them were fulfilled. We are not at all satisfied with this service provided to us and it is shame that such a good company cannot even take care of the customers satisfaction.
