Bought AO smith W/H HSE HAS 025(25L vertical water heater) in gurgaon on 21st - 09-17.
once I got it at home and visited by installation person got to know that I have to change it as it was RHS(right hand side) and in my bath room it has to be LSH.
anyways got it changed by the dealer in sikanderpur, although he was really not comfortable doing it but anyhow I got it.
the installation person visited again, said there is no fastner in it so u have to pay Rs.200/-(no option but to pay) I agreed.
after few min the installation person came out saying your greaser is leaking and u have to get it changed, I told him now this is in warranty and you have opened it u register the complain and get it fixed.
after few mins argument he did it(by my phone). assured me, it will happen next day. m still waiting for any action.
