I purchased the 2 heaters for my 2 bathrooms. From the installation the issue started. 1stly they charge heavily for installation INR 3000+ per heater, which any plumber can do in 500 INR.
Then they insist on AMC. Fortunately, I didn’t buy the AMC, but exactly after 2years of warranty period, the heater unit has started giving noise & very less hot water flow.
Now service center is asking for visiting charge+ part replacement.
Being a premium Brand, such policy clearly focuses on the money and not towards the customer
