Purchased new AO SMITH water heater on 8th July 2019, On 9th July-2019, I raised complaint saying new water is not working properly, I asked for the replacement. After hell lot of follow ups they agreed to replace the water heater. But unfortunately it didn’t happen till today.

I wrote many mails asking for replacement for water heater, unfortunately I didn’t even get single response till today. Main thing is they closed the ticket which I raised for replacement without any resolution. I completely lost trust on AO SMITH SERVICE.
