Please refer my, (Vinayak Jadhav, mobile number 9900069533) request for installation of Water Heater dated 25 October 2019 and daily calls to the helpline number thereafter.
Was promised installation will be done within 48 hours but it is almost 84 hours and the installation is still pending and am only receiving SMS from different Technicians every day, who unfortunately never call, even after me calling them, they do not turn up. Am disappointed with AO SMITH Brand and will never recommend it to anyone.
