My instant water heater, the one I purchased just 4 months back, started throwing sparks on the water inlet pipe. We raised the complaint and the support person didn’t turn up for 2 days. He finally turned up on the third day after much follow up. Before analysing the problem he said its earthing problem. I called my local electrician and found that earthing was proper. I have another racold heater in other washroom plus multiple appliances since last 10 years and none caused problems. But suddenly this heater caused it. Hence I was sceptical about the analysis done by their support. Looks like they don’t want to replace the appliance or part as it is in warranty period. Extremely disappointed. Buy Bajaj or Racold water heaters.
