Till the purchase complete dealer is very polite and act like very much customer centric but after the sale no one care about customer and the post sales services. It’s been 4 days that I bought water geyser (on 01st October 2020)but it was not installed so far. Two days later I.e. On 3rd October I called them to check, then I came to know they recorded my contact number wrong. Later they said they will send the technician. Immediately technician called and asked address and confirmed that he is coming for the installation I felt happy but no response on 03rd. 04th October (today) technician called at 7am and said I will come at 8am.i said it’s too early too turn off the whole building taps for this so asked him to come after 9am. Now it’s 4.49pm 04th October nobody called me so far.
Only one question in mind is why did I buy AO smith, why can’t I buy local one? AO smith is only a brand or customer service centric company. I am really disappointed of buying AO smith branded product paying additional three thousand rupees.
