We bought heater from croma and it was told by croma team this is global brand and best in class but service is pathetic service engineer no. Was messaged yesterday and that person doesn’t have courtesy to call back even after approximate 10 missed calls. Their customer support has no where about when and who will install the geyser. I request croma don’t promote ao Smith product even if you have higher margins it should not be the same that customer should come to you everytime. I must say one should not buy any product of Ao sm
