I purchased an AO Smith Water Heater here. They said the installation has to be done only by AO Smith technician and otherwise the warranty is void. They also said installation is free. But the person who came for installation is charging Rs. 250/- for just removing the old water heater. When I called them up, they were giving lame and useless reasons for charging for the removal of old water heater. Do they think that all customers are only new water heater purchasers? Shouldn’t people who already have an old water heater purchase an AO Smith Water Heater? This is ridiculous. Worst Customer Service and Treatment. I would not recommend them to anyone.
