Third class service. Service provider is a cheat and thief. When I called for filter change the guy comes and replaces my filter with a second hand one, which was already used by someone. Water started tasting sour. When I complained he came and changed it to another duplicate filter of another model altogether. Then there was no filter at all. Water started tasting like boring water. Then third time he comes and tells me that we need to change the RO without any reason, which will cost me another 2500 in addition to 3000, which I already paid for filter change. He also changed the prefilter(the external filter) and replaced it with a local made saying the company stopped manufacturing the original filter. It’s been 15 days, my problem has not been solved. Now I am approaching a nearby police station to lodge a complaint.
