I had purchased a new AO Simth water heater from Pai International puttenahalli outlet and the installation of the water heater was done on 12/12/19(Installation request number 12280766) as I was out of station I had not used the water heater for 4-5 days and when I started using it I noticed that water was hardly coming out of the tab, hence I raised a complaint regarding the same with the customer care team(Service request number 12315275)
The technician has inspected the water heater and not able to fix the issue, he says that issue is due to low water pressure however this is not a new house and we have used 2 other water heaters in past 8 years an they never had this issue I also requested the technician to check the water heater in our other bathrooms and it was found out that there also water pressure was same but water flow from the water heater was good when we asked technician explain this he had no answer and left our house saying he will update the report to the head office it’s been almost a month now and the issue is not sorted(no replacement or refund) this people have no respect for our hard earned money
