We have purchased two geysers of ao Smith from the reliance outlet , Gaur City mall Noida West on 14/9/24 but not working from the day of its installation, no response from ao Smith n service providers.
these were not working properly , giving crackers sound , there was water leakage from 15ltr geyser we immediately sent complaint after long days one technician came and made out video to replace the unit, after making large nos complaint to ao Smith n reliance one technician came on15/10/24 n replace the value but it was same condition n water drooping from the geyser than he has made the video and told it is faulty unit.
We r making complaint last one month but ne replacement was done. Bonafide customer is suffering despite purchasing from a branded out let ei Reliance, but have not took response to replace the faulty unit. We r very unhappy with service n product.
