Water heater worked great. But started leaking 7 months AFTER their 6-year warranty. I’ve purchased several AO Smith water heaters; ALL lasting more than a decade. This one pooped out early. Isn’t quality & longevity to improve with experience? Best of all, NO REPLY to my email via their "Contact Us" link on the website. That says it all.
