I purchased an AO Smith geyser, but unfortunately, it doesn’t heat properly. I contacted customer service for assistance, hoping to get the issue resolved, but I have received no support so far. It’s been quite frustrating dealing with this lack of response. I expected better service for such a reputable brand. Very disappointing.
