I bought AO Smith Z9 Water Purifier after spending 30, 000 bucks when it launched in India and after completion of 1 year warranty I bought AO Smith Product Health Care Plant for another 5400 bucks per year and I have been highly disappointed with it.
The quality of product and customer service is painstaking when third party service care people hardly cares anything and highly unprofessional to say the least who hardly cares brand image, if AO Smith have any.
There had been issues with water tank upper lip being open or widespread from somewhere in a way where small insects used to get in the water tank and shown in transparent tank and after raising concerns to the AO Smith about it they failed to act upon it and to top it off they even claimed that they have resolved the issue after fixing lid when they clearly hadn’t. I clearly can see open gap because upper cover is not fixing properly and I am very pissed at this and do not gonna recommend AO Smith to anyone..
