I Have Purchased AO Smith water purifier after reading reviews in "Mouthshut" about their prompt service & the way they managing it. Moreover assumed that the quality of the product would also be Good. But it was other way round, this is where I missed & I am facing the issue now.
Product itself was in Damaged condition, like: a membrane was in broken state & the Service engineer noticed it, after he almost installed the unit, I felt very embarrassed. that how this unit passed its Quality check while sending it to the customer. While I called up the Sales Person.& questioned about the quality. so he guaranteed me that he will get it replaced, if I face any second issue in two weeks & convinced me for the same. Later Engineer replaced the membrane & unit started working fine.
Now again, after a week I noticed huge sound coming from the unit & I logged a complaint & Service Engineer again fixed it by saying there is some dust/sand/Filter refit. etc.
Now I have asked them to replace the unit, as it is giving many problems, as they told to me & they are not ready to do.
*Don’t believe in their product quality** PATHETIC.
Conclusion:
Quality: Very Bad.
Service: Average.
Think twice before buying.
