I had raised a ticket 13103228 on 9th August as 13058127 was closed before fixing problem.
Technician were unskilled and not keeping Covid protocol like use of Mask & sanitizer.
Even after escalation they did no service done. instead they gave me Hyderabad service provider contact name and number " Defence Technology". When I contacted they informed me that they are no more doing service. When I informed them this they shared with me the area manger lead. He never pickup call.
Still this ticket is open . I am buying bottled water so far
I think I made a mistake choosing this brand.
Please don’t buy this product as they cannot do service
