People please , don’t ever buy this product, I purchased AO smith x7 in the month of March 2017 , 11 months later I paid 2000 for changing the SCPA membrane in the month of February 2018 and again 9 months later in the month of November 2018 I was told to pay 4800 for changing the RO and SCPA membrane , since the water was not getting filtered, even though only 2 people stay in home and when I asked the customer care, they told me to upgrade to a next version by paying 6000....!!!!!! And they told the validity is only for 1yr and every year we need to pay 6000 to 8000 rupees for changing the RO and SCPA membrane!!!!!!! The product quality is really really worst, and they are looting our hard earned money every year in the name of servicing........!!!!!!
This is my humbe request for the customers to never ever purchase any product of this brand!!!!!
