Having trouble with AO smith X8 series since last 1 month. I thought only I am suffering. Here I see whosoever has purchased AO smith purifiers are suffering. And as others have already mentioned that customer care service is really pathetic. I have made so many complaints, they say within 96 h they will solve the issue but its more than 10 days now. The AO smith guys should understand that water is a necessity and for that only we purchase this expensive product. Imagine during this COVID-19 situation, it is essential to have this service. Please AO smith guys, change your attitude otherwise your brand is not going to work in India.
