I have purchased a ao smith water purifier 8 months back. It is now not working and a pert is broken. I have lodged a complaint with customer care but till date (9th January 24) it has not been replaced. I have also called service center manager a dozen times but to no results. There service is pathetic and I advise not to purchase ao smith purifier.
