I mean you can send messeges and when he/she comes online he/she gets your message. So is INSTANT MESSENGER a boon?? yes instant messengers are a boon. Why not?

you can talk to them(pls excuse VSNL) 3. you can see them.
Though today IM s are used for spamming and unwanted advertisement still I feel its a boon.
