Hi friends today i’m discuss about of this product because i’m using this ups last 3 months. I figured problem is short battery backup, I charged this ups upto 4: 30 hours approximately but it giving backup only 10 minutes sometimes less than 10 minutes. And another problem is this a single battery ups. when I compared with dual battery ups this ups not better than dual battery ups. I buy ups in offline seller for Rs: 2600. Now my ups gives 5 minutes backup only. Its going to weak so i’m changing my ups. I also tried to resolve my problem but it can’t repair by the technician. So buy or don’t buy as your wish. But my recommendation is dont buy this.
