I purchased a UPS from Bicron, Marthahalli two months back. I ordered it through phone and the UPS was delivered same day. I paid the price on receiving the UPS and I was told that they will install it next day. Till I paid the amount the sales guy(I don’t know his name, but his phone number is 9844057472) was very polite.
The moment they recived the cash he stopped responding. Finally it was installed only after 2 weeks. This 9844057472 guy started using harsh and abusive languages when ever he picks up the phone. I found another guy’s(Selvam) number from my friend. He was intially helpful and helped in finding an electrician to install the product. After installing the UPS, it was found that the output power was not even half of the promised power. After few days I realised that even the battery will last for less than 15 min with just using 250W. I am trying to fix it for that last one and half month and no proper response from the company. I am really dissapointed with the product as well as pathetic after sales service. These guys are just like goons and they never bother about any of customer compalints. I went to their office too, where I could find another goon like guy. He collected my details and told me that the service team will contact me next day. He even refused to give his number. There is no news from them even after one week. I am planning to file a case against Bicron. Please let me if any one else is also interested in joining.
I am repending that I didn’t read the reviews about Bicron before ordering their product. My sincere advice is that never go for Bicron products. They are just cheaters.
