I HAVE PURCHASED APC INVERTER 800 in Sep 2005
Last 2 months we have been hearing some sound and some sparks . On One day we had a big spark in the Main Switch and the whole Appartment went to Dark and the APC Inverter Went off . I
I have complained to the APC Inverter Servcies Center on 13 Apr 2007
Compliant # CI -272208869:
I was given false promises and finally I was called by one person Srinivas and he has agreed that and he told me there is no Battery for replacement of APC so APC Would not be able to rectify the same .
I have escalated to the APC Country manager, Mr Pankaj Sharma,

I have purchased the APC Inverter in Sep 2005 . I was told APC would provide the services with in 24 hrs .
I have launched a Service Compliant on APC India on 13 Apr 2007 and till date they made multiple promises and commitments not even turned
Due to the Unservicability of APC Inverter, I have incurred a heavy loss of nearly 34000 Rs .
Request your good office to take a note of this incident by APC India and also advice for initiate appropriate action .

Further, this has reference to the tele talk that I just had with you on the problems being faced in the Invertor available with you.
As personally confessed to you we regret the inconvenience caused to you and appreciate the efforts taken by you in giving us the feedback in the mail below. We, at APC are proud to have customers like you and, believe us, that as an organization we strive very hard to support customers, towards the obligations that we have on product support, as envisaged in the warranty policy. It is unfortunate that in your case the issue did not meet your expectations. We regret that.
