We bought APC 10KVA for my uncle company because of Brand we went for APC they given DRY batteries for less maintenance upto one year three months we dont got any problem back up will be very less we use to manage with generator after 15 months usage inverter display black and ups not working batteries not charging we check with clamp meter we call service engineer they said sir u need to take annual maintenance then only we provide better services because of spares of APC very costly and PCB what they used compact no one can repaire outside
my suggestion is better go for local inverter than BRAND they will give better service in cities like bangalore
