I bought APC Inverter 1000 VA last year since then Im just thinking that I have bought a problem for myself for life after spending 24K. I made the full payment for Inverter+ Batteries+ Trolley from VGP Electronics, 100 Feet Road Indiranagar, Bangalore. When I got the shipment at my place I got shocked that they didn’t send the trolley alongwith the Inverter+ Batteries. From that movement our problem started. I had to put so much of efforts getting the trolley from VGP Electronics and the best part of THE MANAGER OF THE SHOP IS NEVER THERE TO LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS. Finally after 4 months I got the trolley.
Problems didn’t end there. In the 10th month from the date of purchase I got to know that the Batteries are GONE and needed replacement. I constantly chased APC Service Center for the replacement of the Batteries and it took more than 2 months for them to replace the batteries. APC People don’t every bother to come for regular battery maintenance, I had to fill the battery water on my own.
Now after 3 months since last incidence one Battery is GONE and again the same story. For the last 1 1/2 months Im just calling APC Service Center and they just say that some one would visit my place and change the Battery. Now the time has come when Im sitting in Dark and typing this review as there is no power and no back up THANKS to APC Guys.
I would strongly recommend that you DON’T BUY APC Inverter as you will fall into the same trap.
Also one more recommendation VGP Electronics, 100 Ft Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore is the worst place you can buy any stuff. They are highly unprofessional and make sure before making the payment that you actually get the stuff loaded in front of you.
