I am producing the E mails sent to them.
Dear Sir,
No body wants to take any responsibilty. From Selvan to Harish
everybody gives false hope and I do not know when I will be getting my
UPS back. It is already more than 10 days.
How long I have to wait for taking any serious action?

My Home UPS purchased vide Invoice Number 418 dated 20-11-2009 is not
functioning now. it is covered under Warranty. I have serviced battery
during August 2011. You are requested to attend the problem urgently.
Honestly request all not to deal with Bicron Inverter Company.
After sales service is very very poor. They do not have sufficient staff to service their customers in time.
